Return Policy

Returns
We offer a full refund on the purchase price of our supplement formulas any time within 30 days (up to 3 units) for orders with their protective seal still in tact, shipped in the United States. For more than 3 units, a store credit will be provided. To process a refund, please email us using our Contact Us page for instructions on returning. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Please note, refusing a delivery does not return the package to our operations and your refund will not be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

International Orders
We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
